On December 26, 2021, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education organized Seminar on "Experience in international cooperation in scientific research and writing international scientific articles in the field of Social Sciences and Education". The purpose of the seminar was to create opportunities for lecturers, postgraduates, and students to exchange and share good experiences on scientific research cooperation in the international educational environment, writing and publishing international articles in the field of educational sciences and social sciences.
Attending the training course were Dr. Cao Anh Tuan - Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Dr. Bui Tran Quynh Ngoc - Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Thi Hong Hieu, Head of Undergraduate Studies Office, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Nguyen Thanh Vinh, Acting Head of International Cooperation Office. Speaking at the seminar, Dr. Cao Anh Tuan emphasized the significance and importance of scientific research and publication of international articles in the field of Social Sciences and Education in the trend of international integration and internationalization of higher education. At that time, Dr. Cao Anh Tuan also expressed the thanks of the University's leadership team to the delegates, leaders of units inside and outside the university, lecturers, postgraduates, and students who came to attend the seminar and wished the seminar remarkable success in bringing valuable scientific experience to the teaching staff, postgraduate students, and students at the school.
The seminar was conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Nguyen Thanh Vinh and Dr. Pham Thi Huong, two internal experts from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. The two experts clarified the importance of research and publication in international educational scientific journals, guiding and supporting lecturers, postgraduates, and students to use data, documents, knowledge, and scientific experience from scientific research papers to uncover new research problems. The two experts also shared their individual experiences to motivate, encourage, and provide attendees with experience in choosing topics, defining problems of writing, and publishing scientific articles in an international academic environment effectively.
